We believe in fair, straightforward policies. Below is the exact refund terms for both the Live Workshop (₹199) and the 3-Week Outreach Cohort.
1. Live Outreach Workshop (₹199)
Due to the low-cost nature of the program (₹199), instant digital delivery of our proprietary 20-contact spreadsheet templates, and immediate admission into the private WhatsApp cohort community, all registrations are final and non-refundable.

- Access to the live interactive Zoom Webinar workshop and Q&A session.
- No recurring charges or hidden fees.
2. The 3-Week Outreach Cohort
Because seats in each cohort are strictly capped to 25 participants to ensure personalized draft reviews and live teardowns, cohort registrations are final and non-refundable once enrolled.
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please send an email to support@hirereach.co.in with:
- Your full name and email used at checkout.
- Your Dodo Payments transaction ID or receipt.
- A brief one-sentence note letting us know what didn't work for you.
Approved refunds are typically processed by our payment provider within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
