1. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing or accessing HireReach materials ("Live Workshop" or "Outreach Cohort") via https://hirereach.co.in, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Educational Services & Disclaimer
HireReach provides educational training and methodologies for researching corporate hiring contacts and sending professional cold outreach.
3. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Use
All training materials, templates, frameworks, and video recordings provided through HireReach are proprietary intellectual property. You may not re-publish, sublicense, distribute, or resell our materials without explicit prior written authorization.
4. Community Conduct
Members in our WhatsApp groups and Zoom / Google Meet sessions must treat peers and instructors with respect. Harassment, unauthorized promotional advertising, or spamming other members will result in immediate removal from community channels without dispute.
5. Governing Law & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
